If your order is more than $175 prior to taxes and the shipping destination is within Canada, we offer free expedited shipping via Canada Post except during sales or labour disruptions. Because of our low margins, we are unable to offer this service on lower amounts.

Residents of Ontario also have the option to "Pick-up in store". This is through an agreement with Goble's Firearms in London ON. Please note that this option, which is free, should only be selected if you are or intend to be in the London area. Canada Brass and Goble's Firearms are separate entities and have separate inventories. As such, it takes a couple days for items to be available at Goble's as they must be delivered there.

Generally we ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. As our inventory is live on the site, we are usually able to fulfill your order the next shipping day however we ask that you include an additional 1-2 days for processing to the shipping estimates given during checkout. In cases where we are very busy (Boxing Week, Black Friday etc) shipping may be delayed by a day or two.

Should we discover an error in our inventory or an item is found to be damaged or otherwise needs to be replaced, or there are other circumstances, we will contact you directly if we expect it to take more than five days to locate a replacement and will offer a full refund should you need the item sooner than we are able to provide it.

We receive our shipping rates directly from our carriers (Canada Post, UPS etc) with an additional $1.50 to cover shipping materials and make every attempt to find and offer competitive, low shipping prices. These are estimates and in rare cases, we may need to adjust the amount due to a very large box which does not get accounted for in the estimate. If that is the case, we will contact you directly via email with options. Additionally, should our cost be much lower due to the opposite circumstances, you may receive a refund on your credit card. We make no profit on shipping.
